Shipping Policy for Handcrafted Beaded Jewellery
PROCESSING TIME
- My charm jewellery is handcrafted with care.
- Ready‑made items ship within 3–5 business days.
- Made‑to‑order or custom pieces may take 7–14 business days to create before shipping.
- You’ll receive an email when your order has been dispatched.
SHIPPING OPTIONS & ESTIMATED DELIVERY
- Domestic: 3–10 business days after dispatch, depending on the service you choose at checkout.
- International: 2–4 weeks after dispatch, depending on destination and local postal services.
- Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by holidays, customs, or carrier delays.
SHIPPING RATES
- Shipping costs are are based on a flat rate. One for Australia and one for the rest of the world.
Applying tracking to a product for shipping does increase the cost.
ORDER TRACKING
- When available, tracking details will be emailed to you once your order has shipped.
- Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
PACKAGING
- All of my charm jewellery is carefully packaged to protect it in transit.
- Where possible, I use recyclable or reusable packaging materials.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES (INTERNATIONAL ORDERS)
- Buyers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by their country.
- Delays caused by customs are outside my control.
WRONG OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESSES
- Please double‑check your shipping address at checkout.
- If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you may be asked to pay additional shipping to resend it.
LOST OR DELAYED PARCELS
- I am not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services, customs, or events beyond my control.
- If your parcel appears lost, please contact me and I’ll do my best to help you investigate with the carrier.
SHIPPING DAMAGE
- If your necklace arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and item so we can arrange a repair, replacement, or refund where appropriate.
